（1）环境/职业健康安全方针颁布令 

公司致力于推动我们生活和工作的每一个环境更加清洁、健康和安全，运用安全和环境管理体系，该体系旨在加强人员和环境的保护，保护自然资源，防止对当地环境造成危害，对此已开展了全方位的工作。我们还将积极地对我们可能对人员造成的危害或环境造成的影响进行系统性评估，设立切实的、可衡量的安全和管理目标，最后根据目标定期检查工作进程。持续不断地改进，是每个体系的关键要素，其目的是促进人员安全、环境以及自然资源的保护。继续实施已开发的管理程序，确保我们的产品、服务和活动始终遵守当地法律及安全与环境的标准。我们致力于将经营活动中产生的不利影响最小化，加强对污染和职业病的预防。 

环境和健康安全方针： 

以人为本，减少事故；预防污染，遵章守法；全员参与，持续改进。 

·遵守国家相关的环境、健康与安全法律法规和公司内部要求。 

·在公司开展各项活动的过程中，避免损害员工和他人的健康，一切事故是可以被控制和避免的。 

·在公司生产作业中，逐渐减少对环境有害废物的排放；同时努力降低电、水、原材料的消耗，节约资源和能源，保持所有项目的开发与生态环境的和谐。 

·确保公司全体员工、外协商和其他相关人员熟知环境、健康与安全管理程序，接受了必要的培训。 

·为公司全体员工和相关方提供安全、卫生的工作环境，避免人身伤害和财产损失。 

·保持公众对公司作业专业性&完善性的信心，同时保持与公司以外的相关方的沟通。 

·持续监控环境、健康与安全管理体系的运行，致力于持续改进。

Company is committed to promote every environment in which we live and work, cleaner, health and safety, the use of safety and environment management system, this system is for the purpose of strengthening the protection of personnel and the environment, protection of natural resources and to prevent damage to the local environment. This has been carried out the full range of work. We will also actively to we may cause to harm or the environment caused by the impact of systematic evaluation, the establishment of tangible, measurable security and management goal, finally, according to the target of periodical inspection process. Continuous improvement, is the key element of each system, its purpose is to promote the safety of personnel, environment and the protection of natural resources. We will continue to implement the developed management procedures to ensure that our products, services and activities are always in compliance with local laws and standards of safety and environment. We are committed to minimize the adverse effects of operating activities, to strengthen the prevention of pollution and occupational diseases. 

Environmental and health and safety policy:
